At present,the telecommunications network technology is in rapid development and the entire telecommunications network architecture is undergoing profound changes,with an open and comprehensive as the main features of the next generation network(NGN) telecommunications network has become the inevitable trend of development.Trend in this development,telecommunications,the proliferation of business development is also in full swing,market share astonishing.Personal ring back tone(PRBT) business is very popular in recent years as a proliferation of mobile business.Era of 3G,mobile core network circuit domain change to the IP,which also provide PRBT business platform to the transfer of IP-based core network.This paper is about signaling transplantation module of PRBT based on the mobile IP core network, this module is one of the core modules of PRBT business.Its main tasks are the following:1.An in-depth study and research of the mobile IP core network as well as its signaling network and signaling system,especially in the IP core network in the BICC as a standard bearer and control separated from the control of signaling and its call letters the process of detailed analysis;2.Proposed in the IP bearer network to achieve PRBT signaling control method, and introduced PRBT platform based on this method,the detailed design of three signaling processes of PRBT Call as the forward delayed a example;3.To the basis of the above-mentioned signaling processes designed a signaling module support PRBT signaling platform.The external communication module,BICC signaling processing,internal communications in three parts,can send and receive BICCPDU,analysis and fill BICCPDU,interaction with PRBT business systems signaling process flow information in order to achieve a PRBT signaling support;4.In VC++ programming to achieve the above design,to achieve signaling support to PRBT.An IP-based PRBT system supported by this design as a signaling module now is in test run in IP core networkof HeNan CMCC.
